Are the roses fragile? 

Yes, our roses are very fragile and must be handled with care. Please be very careful while handling our roses. 

I just purchased a rose and was not able to pick it up from post office or post man and now my rose is being shipped back to sender. What will happen ?

You will be responsible for all shipping fees, custom fees and any fees associated with your rose being sent back. Please pay attention to your rose with the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for any send backs.

Can you customise my order?

Yes! Just send us an email. We are happy to cater to  you  

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO PLACE ORDER BEFORE ITS SHIPPED OUT? 

We strive on perfection. Please give us 2-7 business days to process your order. Always order earlier than later. It is always best to be prepared.

Worldwide .

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? 

We provide shipping within Canada through Canada post. We also provide express shipping through  Fedex or DHL for extra cost. We also ship worldwide through Fedex, DHL or UPS (depending on what's available) 

Shipping will depend on where you are located. We will provide a tracking number once items are sent out.

We ship out of Vancouver, Canada. When receiving your order you will be responsible for any customs charges and any extra fees associated with delivering your package.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ? 

Once item is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 24 hours once the item has been delivered to send us an email for a return. Item must be in the condition it was received and sent out. We will not return if you break the Rose your self. Please take detailed photos and email to us. You will be required to pay for your own shipping.
